General
Board Meetings usually take place on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Meetings typically begin at 7 pm at the Clubhouse and are open to all homeowners. All Board meetings include time for Executive Session.
Executive Session
Board meetings require Executive Sessions to address sensitive items pertaining to the community. During Executive Sessions, the Board of Directors may ask residents to leave the room or may hold this private session at another time.
Annual Meetings
Two annual Board meetings are open to all homeowners.
NOVEMBER (Draft Budget) - this meeting is open to all homeowners and addresses the draft budget for the upcoming fiscal year. All homeowners present are encouraged to vote, ask questions, and learn about the Community’s budget.
MARCH (Budget Vote) - In order to pass a budget and keep services running at Liberty Knoll, a quorum of homeowners is required at this meeting. A quorum is a simple majority. Homeowners may delegate a proxy to vote on their behalf if they cannot attend. The top items discussed at this meeting are usually large capital projects, Board of Directors membership, and the annual budget.
